Though born and raised in Eugene, Oregon, Kristin’s roots in Santa Barbara are deep. Her rich family background includes those who have taught Spanish at Santa Barbara High School, French at La Cumbre Junior High School, and served as Santa Barbara County District Attorney. Kristin’s favorite time of the year was always those few weeks every summer where she got to vacation in Goleta with her grandmother, a Registrar at UCSB. After studying Spanish and Business Administration at the University of Oregon, an unexpected need arose to take care of her mom and grandmother here. Once their illnesses allowed, Kristin returned to the fields of Management and Customer Service, and in doing so was fortunate enough to cross paths with Ruth Ann. As a millenial who grew up with technology, Kristin brings tech finesse to the table that is a great compliment to Ruth Ann’s considerable experience. She quickly secured her real estate salesperson license and is now proudly pursuing her long-held dream of helping people find their happy homes as a part of the Ruth Ann Bowe Real Estate Team.
